Saphir Beer 330ml – tropical fruit flavours – full-bodied – golden-yellow lager from Hofstetten Brewery

The Saphir hop variety from the Mühlviertel region not only gives this beer its name, but also defines its flavour. This golden-yellow beer is steeped in whole, natural hop cones for two months.
During this time, the delicate hop oils infuse the beer, bringing out wonderful lychee, mango and mandarin aromas.
A beer for lovers of exotic hops with a full-bodied character.

The inspiration for this new beer was the former Helle Bock Saphir, which is no longer available in its original form.

With its flavour profile and alcohol content of 6.5% ABV, this hop-packed lager is similar to an IPA and can be enjoyed even on warm summer’s days.
