Organic Mühlviertler Beer 500ml – full-bodied flavour – unfiltered – no added vitamin C – straw-yellow beer from Hofstetten Brewery

The barley comes exclusively from organic farmers in the Mühlviertel region, and the organic hop varieties – Select, Malling and Perle – are, of course, sourced from the Mühlviertel Hop Country gourmet region. To ensure this beer is truly vibrant in the glass, it is not filtered but clarified using beer fin. Protein and yeast are almost entirely removed. No vitamin C is added either, so the beer retains its authentic, full flavour and shines with a rich straw-yellow colour. As this beer is also unpasteurised, a natural yeast and protein cloudiness may develop after a few weeks, settling at the bottom.
