The best of both varieties – a blend of fruity, Naturland Fair-certified Kalamata olives and tangy, certified organic Konservolia olives. Greek farmers cultivate the olive trees using traditional methods and harvest them largely by hand. The olives are naturally de-bittered, marinated in fine MANI olive oil along with rosemary and a subtle hint of wine vinegar, and vacuum-packed straight away – the pure flavour of these fine olives in raw food quality!
