All you need is 250g lean veal, 150g fresh mushrooms, and 2 tablespoons of oil. Thinly sliced ​​veal is seared in hot oil before being removed, sliced, and briefly fried. Add 250ml of water, stir in the contents of the sachet, and bring to a boil. After simmering for one minute over low heat, stirring regularly, return the meat to the pan. Let it simmer over low heat for about three minutes to allow the flavors to fully develop. Serve the dish with crispy rösti and a fresh cucumber salad to complete the flavor experience.
