Yellow fruit notes and exotic hints of pineapple, apple and honeydew melon. Light bread notes from the fine yeast. Strikingly compact and complex, with subtle spiciness of white pepper. Rich extract on the palate with a delicate melt and structure. Pineapple again, slightly peppery with fine minerality. Wonderfully flattering fruit sweetness in the long, subtly salty finish.
