Description

With Living Seeds’ organic Norli sugar pea seeds, you can bring fresh, crisp peas straight from your garden to your plate. The Norli variety impresses with its early maturity and high productivity – so you can look forward to a bountiful harvest from as early as June. The tender, sweet pods taste particularly delicious eaten raw as a snack, in salads, briefly steamed as a side dish, or in Asian stir-fries. To ensure the pods retain their full flavour and tenderness, it is advisable to harvest them regularly before they become too large. Sowing is best done directly into the garden bed from March to May when the soil temperature is 8–15 °C. A sunny spot and loose, humus-rich soil promote growth. The organic quality guarantees you uncontaminated seeds for healthy plants. With Norli, you’re choosing a hardy, low-maintenance sugar pea that also thrives in a pot on the balcony. This way, you can enjoy a variety of fresh peas – whether as a crunchy raw snack, in a vegetable stir-fry or as a sophisticated addition to soup.
