Description

With Living Seeds’ Organic Kohlrabi Azur-Star 4.1g seeds, you can bring colour and freshness to your garden or balcony. The purple skin and slightly flattened tuber make this variety a real eye-catcher on any plate. Thanks to its resistance to bolting, it grows reliably both indoors and outdoors – perfect for beginners and experienced gardeners alike. Sow the seeds directly into the garden bed or in seed trays from March to June. From April onwards, you can transplant the young plants outdoors. The first harvest is ready just 6–8 weeks after planting. Enjoy the delicate, mild flavour raw in a salad, as a crunchy side dish or steamed as a vegetable accompaniment. The ideal germination temperature is 18–20 °C – this will give you the best results. With these organic seeds, you’re choosing sustainability and quality. Try out different recipes: kohlrabi carpaccio, vegetable stir-fries or stuffed tubers add variety to your meals. Save money, reduce packaging waste and enjoy fresh, home-grown vegetables – for more enjoyment and independence in your kitchen.
