Description

With Living Seeds’ organic ‘Di Sicilia’ cauliflower, you’ll bring colour and variety to your vegetable garden. The purple heads of this special variety aren’t just a real eye-catcher; they also impress with their mild, slightly nutty flavour. A cross between cauliflower and broccoli, you’ll benefit from an exciting blend of both vegetables. Sowing is best done as a pre-cultivation from February to May, with a germination temperature of 15–20 °C being ideal. From April to June, you can transplant the young plants into the vegetable patch. You can look forward to the harvest as early as July. Whether eaten raw in a salad, steamed as a side dish or baked au gratin in the oven – the purple florets make every dish a highlight. The organic quality guarantees you a natural, healthy vegetable that’s also ideal for freezing. With these seeds, you’re choosing variety, flavour and sustainability for your garden.
