Description

With Living Seeds’ organic Sanguigno red-flamed bush bean seeds, you’ll bring colour and variety to your vegetable garden. This vigorous, hardy bush bean impresses with its light green and red-flamed, flat pods, which turn a rich green when cooked. Thanks to its drought tolerance and hardiness, it grows successfully even in less than ideal weather conditions. The plants tend to vine and offer a long harvesting window: enjoy the aromatic pods fresh, use them semi-ripe as shelling beans, or harvest them fully ripe as dried beans for stews and salads. The tender pods remain pleasantly soft even when harvested later. Sow between May and July; harvest from July to September. Ensure a germination temperature of between 15 and 25 °C to achieve the best results. Whether as a side dish, in a bean salad, in soups or as a protein-rich ingredient in vegetarian dishes – this organic bush bean enriches your cooking with flavour and nutrients.
