These fine, green organic table olives of the Konservolia variety – also known as Amfissa olives – are prepared in the traditional way, pitted and preserved in fresh sea salt brine. The firm flesh captivates with its wonderfully savoury flavour. A true delicacy, enjoyed on their own as a starter, in salads and also in hot dishes. Mani Bläuel olives are gently harvested and naturally de-bittered without the addition of preservatives.
