The best of both varieties – a blend of fruity, Naturland Fair-certified Kalamata olives and savoury, certified organic Konservolia olives. Greek farmers cultivate the olive trees using traditional methods and harvest them largely by hand. The olives are naturally de-bittered and then marinated in fine MANI olive oil and a harmonious Mediterranean blend of herbs: oregano, thyme and rosemary. A subtle hint of wine vinegar rounds off the fruity aroma of the olives. Finally, the olives are vacuum-packed straight away – for pure, raw-food-quality flavour!
