The ideal family drink – delicately malty and dissolves easily: a robust aroma and full body. Well protected beneath shade trees, Lebensbaum coffees mature slowly. As both ripe and unripe coffee cherries hang on the coffee bush at the same time, hand-picking is particularly important for quality. Only ripe coffee cherries are picked for Lebensbaum coffees. We roast slowly and at a moderate temperature. This allows our coffees to develop their full, balanced flavour.
