Instruction manual / Tip Briefly stir the mixture into cold water with a whisk. Allow the potato dough to rest for 5 minutes. Then knead thoroughly using a food processor or hand mixer with dough hooks (1 to max. 2 minutes at medium speed). Unfilled dumplings: Shape the dumplings with moistened hands. Place in boiling salted water and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Dumplings should not boil. Filled dumplings: Shape the dumplings with the appropriate filling, place in boiling, lightly salted water and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Dumplings should not boil.
