The elderberry is now less dominant - its taste is now in perfect harmony with apples, plums, oranges and lemons. It also tastes great in yogurt or muesli...also a great way to start the day as breakfast...try it, you'll be amazed! All fruits (except organic oranges and organic lemons) come from our own orchard, are guaranteed untreated and selected and processed entirely by hand by us. Only fully ripe, healthy berries, apples and plums manage to be refined in our elderberry cook. We do not use any sprays or chemical fertilizers!
