‘From Field to Bottle’ is the motto of Doris and Josef Farthofer, who not only produce outstanding distillates, but also grow the basic products on their own fields. The cider pears, grains such as naked oats and rye as well as the water come from their own organic farm. Sustainability characterises their entire production. The latest achievement: their own malting plant to offer organic distillates with guaranteed quality. Around 40 different spirits from their distillery in Öhling reach the finest restaurants worldwide.
