Under the leadership and thanks to the pioneering spirit of Valentin Latschen, the small "cellar distillery" PFAU in Carinthia has developed into a quality distillery that is known and recognized throughout Europe since 1987. It has received numerous awards, for example it was named "Distillery of the Year" by Vinaria "Best of Schnaps" for several years in a row and Valentin Latschen was also honored by Falstaff in the Bar & Spirits Guide as a master distiller for his life's work.

Bright gold with a touch of ochre, delicate aromas of oak, fruity and subtle smoked characters in the palate. Aged for approximately 2 years in oak cask.
