Zutaten: Zucker, Kakaomasse, Wasser, BUTTERREINFETT, Kakaobutter, Emulgator: Lecithine (SOJA); Konservierungsstoff: Kaliumsorbat; natürliches Aroma. Kann Spuren von anderen Milchbestandteilen und Nüssen enthalten.
Geschlossenen Becher ca. 10 Minuten im heißen Wasserbad erwärmen, nicht zu stark erhitzen. Deckel abziehen, Masse gut umrühren.
Bei Bedarf zur leichteren Verarbeitung 1-2 Kaffeelöffel warmes Wasser einrühren. Die Schokoladeglasur ist gebrauchsfertig zum Überziehen von Torten (durchschnittlich 22 cm), Gebäck, u.a.
