The turnover of Josef Manner & Comp AG for the 2018 financial year amounted to 209.9 million Euros.
In keeping with Josef Manner's motto in 1890 of producing "affordable chocolate for everyone“, chocolate with a 30% cocoa content was made. It was, therefore, possible to enable nearly all Austrians to enjoy chocolate for nearly a century.
With the increasing affluence it became possible to continually raise the cocoa content over the past 20 years to 40%.
Formerly the production of Manner cooking chocolate accounted for approximately 50 % of chocolate production. In the meantime Sacher icing has replaced a part of this.
Manner has provided chocolatey fun at many celebrations for many decades.
