Tipp aus der Backstube: Glasurmasse: 250g Manner Chocolade unter ständigem Rühren in heißem, nicht kochendem Wasserbad aufschmelzen. 100g flüssige, warme Butter hinzufügen und verrühren. Schokolade/Glasurmasse sollte nicht mehr als ca. 60° Temperatur erreichen.
