The corned beef is a classic among the delicacies.
For Hink’s corned beef, the pieces of silverside rump cut are cooked to the core and then roughly minced. Then the whole thing is mixed with the aromatic cooking stock and the special spices to form a homogeneous mass and placed in the can, where it gels.
