Dr. Oetker White Fondant coating wraps cakes and tarts in a fine and paste-like sugary mass which can then be decorated further. The fondant coating is already all rolled out and easy to handle – sufficient for a tart of 36 cm diameter. The coating can be used versatilely and is also good for cutting out motives and decorations. The sky is the limit when decorating using this product.

Zutaten: Zucker, Glukosesirup, Palmfett, Wasser, Feuchthaltemittel (Glycerin), Verdickungsmittel (E 466, Traganth), Emulgator (E 472c), natürliches Aroma, Konservierungsstoff (Kaliumsorbat), Säureregulator (Citronensäure). Kann enthalten: SCHALENFRÜCHTE (NÜSSE).
1. Um Risse zu verhindern, Rollfondant vor dem Ausrollen vorsichtig mit den Händen erwärmen oder, noch in der Verpackung, sanft auf der Arbeitsfläche hin und her rollen. 2. Die Torte dünn mit Konfitüre oder Buttercrème bestreichen, um den Rollfondant ausgewallt auf der Torte zu befestigen. 3. Rollfondant vorsichtig und langsam ausrollen. 4. Rollfondant an der Plastikfolie aufheben und über die Torte drapieren. 5. Die Plastikfolie vorsichtig ablösen. Danach Rollfondant vorsichtig mit den Händen glattstreichen. Arbeite dabei von der Mitte aus zu den Rändern und danach auf den Seiten nach unten. 6. Die überstehenden Ränder mit einem scharfen Messer abschneiden.
