Mischung für Tortengelee klar
Zutaten: Zucker, Verdickungsmittel (Carrageen (E 407), Johannisbrotkernmehl (E 410)), Säuerungsmittel (Kaliumtartrate (E 336)), Festigungsmittel (Kaliumchlorid (E 508)).
1. Den Inhalt des Päckchens mit 3-4 gestr. EL Zucker und 1/4 l kaltem Wasser anrühren. Anstelle von 1/4 l Wasser kann auch 1/8 l Fruchtsaft und 1/8 l Wasser genommen werden. 2. Die Mischung zum Kochen bringen und 1 Min. schwach kochen lassen. 3. Das Tortengelee etwa 10 Min. abkühlen lassen und dabei einige Male umrühren (sollte das Gelee zu fest geworden sein, kann es nochmals erwärmt werden). 4. Die Torte mit Marmelade bestreichen oder mit Sahnesteif bestreuen und mit kaltem Obst belegen. Das Tortengelee darauf verteilen und kalt stellen, bis das Gelee fest geworden ist.
