Backmischung für Rührteig mit Schokotropfen für 12 Muffins
Zutaten: WEIZENMEHL, Zucker, 23% Schokolade (Zucker, Kakaomasse, Kakaobutter, Emulgator (Lecithine (SOJA))), 6,1% Kakaopulver, Oligofruktose, Backtriebmittel (Diphosphate, Natriumcarbonate), Stärke, Verdickungsmittel (Xanthan, Guarkernmehl), Aroma Vanillin, Emulgatoren (E 475, E 471). Kann enthalten: EI, MILCH, HASELNÜSSE. Rainforest Alliance-zertifizierter Kakao. Mehr dazu unter ra.org.
12 Stück Dies enthält die Packung: 265 g Backmischung für den Teig 80 g Schokoladen-Tropfen 12 Papierbackförmchen Außerdem wird benötigt: Backblech Nur noch hinzufügen: 125 ml Speiseöl, z. B. Rapsöl 100 ml Milch oder Wasser 1 Ei (Größe M) 1 Vorbereiten 12 Papierbackförmchen auf ein Backblech stellen. Backofen vorheizen. Ober-/Unterhitze: etwa 180°C 2 Teig bereiten Backmischung für den Teig in eine Rührschüssel geben. Öl, Milch oder Wasser und Ei hinzufügen. Alles mit einem Mixer (Rührstäbe) auf höchster Stufe etwa 2 Min. oder mit einem Schneebesen zu einem glatten Teig verrühren. 1 EL Schokotropfen beiseitelegen, die übrigen unterrühren. 3 Backen Teig sofort mit Hilfe von 2 Esslöffeln gleichmäßig in die Förmchen verteilen. Die restlichen Schokotropfen aufstreuen. Das Backblech mit den Förmchen in den Backofen schieben. Einschub: Mitte Backzeit: etwa 20 Min. Die Muffins vom Blech nehmen und in den Förmchen auf einem Kuchenrost erkalten lassen.
