Dann streuen Sie - unter ständigem Rühren - den Inhalt dieses Päckchens ein. Sie können Schlagobbers auch mit Zucker oder Dr. Oetker Vanillin Zucker nach Belieben süßen. 3. Schlagen Sie das Obers auf höchster Stufe bis zur gewünschten Festigkeit steif und stellen Sie es bis zum Servieren kalt. Mit Dr. Oetker Sahnesteif bleibt Schlagobers mehrere Stunden fest.
