Zutaten: Zucker, Kakaobutter, VOLLMILCHPULVER, Ruby-Kakaomasse, Emulgator (SOJALECITHINE), Säureregulator (Citronensäure), natürliches Vanille Aroma. Kann enthalten: MANDELN, HASELNÜSSE, WALNÜSSE, CASHEWKERNE, PEKANNÜSSE, PARANÜSSE, PISTAZIEN, MACADAMIANÜSSE.
Anwendung in der Mikrowelle: Gib die Ruby Drops in eine Schale und schmelze sie bei niedriger Leistungsstufe (max. 160 Watt) in kleinen Intervallen. Damit sich die Temperatur (ca. 30°C) gleichmässig verteilt, alle 15/20 Sekunden die Kuvertüre aus der Mikrowelle entfernen und gut umrühren. Wenn die Kuvertüre fast vollständig geschmolzen ist (kleine Stückchen dürfen noch sichtbar sein) nicht weiter erwärmen. Rühre weiter, bis die Kuvertüre aufgelöst ist.
