Puddingpulver Schokolade
Zutaten: Maisstärke, 14% fettarmer Kakao.
<b>Puddingpulver Schokolade für 500 ml (1/2 l) Milch</b> (für 4 Portionen) 1. Puddingpulver mit etwa 2 gehäuften EL (40 g) Zucker mischen. Mit 6 EL der vorbereiteten Milch (1/2 l) glatt rühren. 2. Übrige Milch aufkochen, vom Herd nehmen und angerührtes Pulver einrühren. 3. Pudding unter Rühren <b>mindestens 1 Minute </b>kochen. Pudding in eine Schale oder kalt ausgespülte Sturzform füllen. Zum Stürzen mindestens 4 Std. in den Kühlschrank stellen. <b>Zubereitung in der Mikrowelle: </b> Pulver nach Packungsanleitung in mikrowellengeeignetem Gefäß anrühren. Übrige Milch mit einem Schneebesen kräftige unterrühren, bei ca. 600 Watt 6-7 Min. erhitzen, dabei alle 2 Min. kräftig mit dem Schneebesen durchrühren.
Trocken und nicht über Zimmertemperatur lagern.
