Zutaten: Zucker, 18% fettarmes Kakaopulver, 8,6% Schokolade (Zucker, Kakaomasse, fettarmes Kakaopulver, Kakaobutter, Emulgator (Lecithine)), Glukosesirup, Palmfett, Gelatine, Emulgatoren (E 472a, E 471), modifizierte Stärke, Geliermittel (Carrageen), MILCHEIWEISS, Salz. Kann enthalten: MILCHZUCKER, HASELNÜSSE.
für 250 ml Milch (für 4 Portionen) 1. Rührbecher mit heißem Wasser ausspülen. Kalte Milch in den Rührbecher geben. 2. Cremepulver zufügen und mit einem Mixer (Rührstäbe) auf niedrigster Stufe kurz verrühren. Dann 3 Min. auf höchster Stufe aufschlagen. 3. Mousse in Gläser oder eine Schale füllen und mind. 1 Std. in den Kühlschrank stellen.
