Cremepulver für eine Mousse Vanille
Zutaten: Zucker, Gelatine, Glukosesirup, Palmfett, Maltodextrin, modifizierte Stärke, Emulgator E 472b, natürliches Bourbon-Vanille-Aroma, MILCHEIWEISS, Geliermittel Carrageen, Salz, Farbstoff Carotin, gemahlene extrahierte Vanilleschoten, natürliches Aroma (enthält MILCHBESTANDTEILE).
für 250 ml Milch (für 4 Portionen) 1. Rührbecher mit heißem Wasser ausspülen. Kalte Milch in den Rührbecher geben. 2. Cremepulver zufügen und mit einem Mixer (Rührstäbe) auf niedrigster Stufe kurz verrühren. Dann 3 Min. auf höchster Stufe aufschlagen. 3. Mousse in Gläser oder eine Schale füllen und mind. 1 Std. in den Kühlschrank stellen.
