Zartbitter-Schokoladen-Kuvertüre Chips
Zutaten: Kakaomasse, Zucker, Kakaobutter, MAGERMILCHPULVER, Emulgator (E 442). Kann enthalten: HASELNÜSSE.
So wird's gemacht: 1. Kuvertüre fix in einen kleinen Topf oder ein hitzebeständiges Schälchen portionieren. 2. Die Chips im Wasserbad bei schwacher Hitze schmelzen und Gebäck damit überziehen. Hinweis: Beim Erwärmen darf kein Wasser in die Kuvertüre gelangen. Für einen besonders schönen Glanz die geschmolzene Kuvertüre außerhalb des Wasserbades auf 25-27°C abkühlen lassen und erneut im Wasserbad unter Rühren auf maximal 30°C erwärmen.
