Zutaten: Zucker, Kakaobutter, VOLLMILCHPULVER, Kakaomasse, Emulgator (E 442). Kann enthalten: HASELNÜSSE.
So wird's gemacht: 1. Kuvertüre fix einfach portionieren. 2. Die Chips im Wasserbad bei schwacher Hitze schmelzen und Gebäck damit überziehen. Hinweis: Beim Erwärmen darf kein Wasser in die Kuvertüre gelangen. Für einen besonders schönen Glanz die geschmolzene Kuvertüre außerhalb des Wasserbades auf 25-27°C abkühlen lassen und erneut im Wasserbad unter Rühren auf maximal 30°C erwärmen.
