Mischung für Kaiserschmarrn
Zutaten: WEIZENMEHL, Zucker, 12% Rosinen, Stärke, MAGERMILCHPULVER, Backtriebmittel (Glucono-delta-lacton, Natriumhydrogencarbonat), Salz, Aroma (enthält GERSTE).
1: 200 ml Milch in eine Rührschüssel geben. 1 Ei (Größe M) und Mischung hinzufügen, mit einem Schneebesen glatt verrühren. 2: In einer beschichteten Pfanne (Ø 28 cm) Margarine oder Butterschmalz erhitzen. Teig hineingießen und bei mittlerer Hitze goldbraun backen. 3: Den an der Oberfläche noch etwas flüssigen Teig mit 2 Pfannenwendern erst vierteln, dann wenden. Teig in kleine Stücke zerreißen und goldbraun backen. Tipp: Kaiserschmarrn mit Puderzucker bestreuen.
