Dessert-Cremepulver für ein Himbeer-Sahne-Dessert
Zutaten: Zucker, modifizierte Stärke, Glukosesirup, 3,2% SAHNEPULVER, 3,2% gefriergetrocknete Himbeerstücke, MILCHEIWEISS, Säuerungsmittel (Citronensäure), Emulgator (E 472b), färbendes Lebensmittel Rote-Bete Saftpulver, Aroma, Salz, Farbstoff (Carotin).
1. 250 ml kalte Milch in einen Rührbecher geben. 2. Cremepulver zufügen und mit einem Mixer (Rührstäbe) auf niedrigster Stufe kurz verrühren. Dann 2 Min. auf höchster Stufe aufschlagen. 3. Creme in Dessertgläser oder eine Schale füllen und mind. 1 Std. in den Kühlschrank stellen.
