Geleepulver für Götterspeise Zitronen-Geschmack
Zutaten: Gelatine, Säuerungsmittel (Citronensäure), färbendes Lebensmittel Saflorkonzentrat, natürliches Aroma.
2 Beutel Geleepulver für Götterspeise Zitronen-Geschmack für je 500 ml Wasser (1 Beutel ausreichend für 4 Portionen) 1. 1 Btl. Götterspeise und 80 g Zucker (etwa 4 geh. EL) in einem Kochtopf mischen, dann mit Wasser mit einem Kochlöffel verrühren. 2. Unter Rühren erhitzen, bis alles gelöst ist (nicht kochen lassen!). 3. Flüssigkeit in Dessertgläser oder eine Glasschale gießen. Kurz abkühlen lassen, dann mind. 5 Std. in den Kühlschrank stellen.
