Zutaten: Gelatine, Säuerungsmittel (Citronensäure), Aroma, färbende Lebensmittel (Konzentrate aus schwarzen Karotten und Hibiskus).
2 Beutel Geleepulver für Götterspeise Himbeer-Geschmack für je 500 ml Wasser (1 Beutel ausreichend für 4 Portionen) 1. 1 Btl. Götterspeise und 80 g Zucker (etwa 4 geh. EL) in einem Kochtopf mischen, dann mit Wasser mit einem Kochlöffel verrühren. 2. Unter Rühren erhitzen, bis alles gelöst ist (nicht kochen lassen!). 3. Flüssigkeit in Dessertgläser oder eine Glasschale gießen. Kurz abkühlen lassen, dann mind. 5 Std. in den Kühlschrank stellen.
