Dr. Oetker Gelatine white serves to firm fruit tarts, cremes, jellies, aspic or likewise. Simply mix the gelatine with 6 spoons of cold liquid and let it soak. To solve the mixture completely, warm it up and proceed with your preparation after cooling it a bit. Alternatively, stir the gelatine in 500 ml of warm liquid after soaking until it has fully dissolved.
One sachet of Dr. Oetker Gelatine ground white is sufficient for 500 ml of liquid and equals to 6 Dr. Oetker gelatin leaves.

Zutaten: Gelatine.
Ausreichend für 500 ml Flüssigkeit - entspricht 6 Blatt Gelatine Zubereitung: Speisegelatine mit 6 EL kaltem Wasser anrühren, 5 Min. quellen lassen. Bei kalten Zutaten Gelatine unter Rühren erwärmen, bis sie vollständig gelöst ist. Einige EL der kalten Zuat mit einem Schneebesen unter die Gelatine rühren, dann übrige Zutat langsam einrühren. Bei warmen Zutaten die gequollene Gelatine unter Rühren darin auflösen. Hinweis: Gelingt nicht mit frischen Ananas, Kiwis, Feigen, Papayas.
