Puddingpulver Vanille-Geschmack
Zutaten: Zucker, Maisstärke, Geliermittel (Carrageen), Farbstoff (Carotin), Aroma
Zubereitung von 4 Dessertportionen mit 1 Beutel Flana und 1/2 l Milch: 1. Puddingpulver (1 Beutel) mit ca. 50 g Zucker (ca. 3 EL) mischen. Mit 3 EL der vorbereiteten Milch glatt rühren. 2. Übrige Milch aufkochen, von der Kochstelle nehmen und angerührtes Pulver einrühren. 3. Pudding unter Rühren mindestens 1 Minute kochen. Hinweis: Flana bleibt beim Kochen dünnflüssig und lässt sich so einfacher in Formen füllen! 4. Flana in eine Schale oder kalt ausgespülte Sturzform füllen. Zum Stürzen mindestens 3 Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen. Hinweis: Dr. Oetker Flana Vanille-Geschmack nach der Zubereitung bis zum Verzehr (wie Frischmilch) lichtgeschützt und kühl lagern.
