Zutaten: Stärke, Zucker, natürliches Bourbon-Vanille Aroma, Farbstoff Carotin, Salz
Für 1/2 l Bourbon Vanille Soße benötigen Sie: 1 Beutel Dr. Oetker Dessert Soße Bourbon Vanille 2 EL (ca. 30 g) Zucker 1/2 l Milch Zubereitung: 1. Das Cremepulver für die Soße mit 2 EL Zucker in einer Schale verrühren. Nach und nach mit mind. 6 EL der vorbereiteten, kalten Milch glatt rühren. 2. Übrige Milch zum Kochen bringen. Den Topf vom Herd nehmen und das angerührte Pulver mit einem Schneebesen in die Milch einrühren. Die Soße unter Rühren nochmals kräftig aufkochen lassen. Die Soße ist sofort servierbereit. Während des Abkühlens öfters umrühren.
