Teigmischung für 8 Crêpes
Zutaten: WEIZENMEHL, VOLLEIPULVER, Zucker, Glukosesirup, Salz. Kann enthalten: MILCH.
Du brauchst noch: 4 dl Milch Zubereitung 1. Milch in eine Schüssel geben. Beutelinhalt hinzufügen und mit einem Schwingbesen verrühren, bis ein glatter Teig entsteht. 2. Den Crêpes-Teig portionsweise in einer Pfanne mit wenig Butter oder Öl bei mittlerer Hitze von beiden Seiten goldgelb backen. 3. Vor dem Servieren die Crêpes mit der gewünschten Füllung belegen. Serviervorschlag für die Füllung: Crêpes können nach Belieben pikant (z.B. mit Schinkenstreifen, geriebenem Käse, Pilzen, Hackfleisch, Gemüse usw.) oder süss (z.B. mit Früchten, Konfitüre, Zucker, Dessertsauce, Schlagrahm, Glace, Honig usw.) gefüllt werden.
