Backmischung für dunklen Rührteig mit Raspelschokolade für 16 Brownies
Zutaten: Zucker, WEIZENMEHL, 6,0% fettarmes Kakaopulver, 2,5% Schokolade (Zucker, Kakaomasse, fettarmer Kakao, Kakaobutter, Emulgator (Lecithine (SOJA))), Aroma Vanillin. Kann enthalten: EI, MILCH, HASELNÜSSE. Rainforest Alliance-zertifizierter Kakao. Mehr dazu unter ra.org.
Dies enthält die Packung: 450 g Backmischung für den Teig 12 g Raspelschokolade 1 Backform Nur noch hinzufügen: 2 Eier (Größe M) 100 ml Wasser 100 ml Speiseöl, z. B. Rapsöl 1 Vorbereiten Die Backform nach Anleitung (auf der Backform) aufstellen. Backofen vorheizen. Ober-/Unterhitze: etwa 160°C Heißluft: etwa 140°C 2 Teig bereiten Backmischung für den Teig in eine Rührschüssel geben. Eier, Wasser und Öl hinzufügen. Alles mit einem Teigschaber oder Kochlöffel zu einem glatten Teig verrühren. Teig in die Backform füllen und mit der Raspelschokolade bestreuen. 3 Backen Form auf dem Rost in den Backofen schieben. Einschub: Mitte Backzeit: etwa 35 Min. Das Gebäck in der Form erkalten lassen. Seiten der Form aufklappen und 16 Stücke schneiden. Die Brownies lassen sich einzeln mit einem Tafelmesser einfach lösen.
