The extremely high percentage of pure fruit juice (up to 80%) will make the enjoyment an unforgettable experience. This is of course only possible when only the best fruits are used for the production of the syrup. This way one can be ensured that also the watering of the syrup will not effect the great fruity taste.
Darbo does not use any chemical preservatives or colourants.

In 1879, the Darbo family began to refine fruits. Then as now, only selected ingredients are processed in a gentle manner. As a result, the fine taste of lemon balm is largely preserved.Dilute the syrup as desired with water or mineral water (our recommendation: dilute 1 part syrup with 7 parts water) or use it to flavor cocktails or to refine desserts.
