The history of the Alt Wiener Schnapsmuseum goes back to the year 1875. Since then, the best schnapps and, above all, unique liqueur specialties have been made here—in the 12th district of Vienna. The Schönbrunn gold liqueur (with fine gold leaves) and the Viennese blood liqueur (chilli taste!) Stand out from the range. The various cream liqueurs (including products from Manner) and the absinthe variations are also very popular. Hardly any other absinthe manufacturer pays such close attention to the right composition, which brings the true taste to light. The Alt Wiener Schnapsmuseum is a great sight for all Vienna tourists. The juice from dark red sour cherries, combined with sugar and alcohol, is the basis of our recipe. Fischer‘s Cherie Noir Liqueur has a very tempting aroma, is brilliant dark red in colour and mild in taste. Perfect with champagne.
Serve it ice-cold, with ice, with tonic water, bitter lemon, cola and with champagne.
