Description
Production: After carefully heating the fully ripe fruits, Viennese fine crystal sugar is slowly stirred in so that the fruit-sugar mixture can mix optimally. In our factory, the jam is stirred slowly so that the full strawberry flavor is retained. The finished jam is filled into jars by hand and labeled after it has cooled.
