Produced according to the "Méthode Traditionnelle," it matures on the lees for 18 months, giving it a delicate grape bouquet and fine, long-lasting bubbles. With an alcohol content of 11.5% vol., it is particularly light and pleasant to drink. The ideal serving temperature is 6-8°C to develop its full aroma. Perfect as an aperitif, it accompanies light appetizers, or can be enjoyed neat. The vinification of 67% Welschriesling, 20% Chardonnay, and 13% Pinot Blanc ensures a harmonious taste experience.
