Wiener Würze adds that special something to your dishes. The slow brewing process transforms organic lupins and organic oats into a vegan seasoning sauce with a balanced umami flavor. Umami is the fifth taste sensation and is described as savory and meaty. It has a wide range of uses—Viennese seasoning can be added to salad dressings, marinades, and soups for flavor, or used at the table for individual seasoning.

| Instruction manual / Tip | Salad dressing: Replace the salt with one tablespoon of Wiener Würze. Marinating meat: Place a beef steak in a freezer bag with 2 tablespoons of Wiener Würze, remove the air, seal the bag, cook in a steam oven at 55°C for one hour, then sear in an uncoated pan for 30 seconds and serve. Sautéed eggplant: Sauté 2 diced eggplants in a nonstick pan with a little oil, deglaze with 4 tablespoons of Viennese seasoning and 6 tablespoons of water, cover, and cook until done, stirring regularly. Serve with rice and freshly chopped spring onions. Fruit salad: Cut oranges, apples, pears, and bananas into small pieces, prepare a dressing from the juice of one lemon, 1 tablespoon honey, and 2 tablespoons Wiener Würze, and dress the fruit salad with it. Serve Wiener Würze at the table to round off pasta dishes. |
