Mustard has been valued as a popular spice for thousands of years and was used as a remedy back then due to its soothing effect.

A sweet, fruity taste of orange combined with a subtle note of dill rounds off fish dishes wonderfully. Vegetables and salads are given a delicious aroma. The orange-dill mustard is also ideal for marinating meat.

Our mustards are made from high-quality raw materials. We use mustard seeds from controlled organic cultivation, which we grind in our in-house mill. Our delicious mustard variations are created using other ingredients, most of which come from our own farm.
