Organic oat rice 600g from Biohof Müllner

Organic oat rice is the regional alternative to conventional rice. It is very suitable for risotto and is one of the most popular regional grain rice varieties. Its taste is naturally slightly sweet and is therefore very popular with children. Oat rice consists of ground oats. Grinding the grain shortens cooking time and gives it rice-like properties. Simmer 1 cup of oat rice with 2 cups of water and a little salt for approx. 15 minutes. Finally put it in a colander and rinse well. Tip: Organic oat rice not only tastes great as a risotto, but is also ideal as a side dish, in rice pans, in salads, for fillings and much more.
