And because we can't get enough of both, we picked the fragrant ORGANIC lavender flowers from our herb garden by hand, mixed them with ORGANIC beet sugar from Austria, and thus preserved our “summer feeling” in the sugar for more than just the cloudy days. The lavender sugar refines pastries and teas and brings you back a piece of summer at any time of the year. We found our summer scent in the lavender bed and filled it for you in resealable, recyclable screw-top jars. We also give you the practical spreading aid so that you can easily enjoy our ORGANIC lavender sugar from the Mühlviertel all year round.
