Harmonious highland coffee – well-balanced and aromatic: Well-balanced and aromatic – for our classic gourmet coffee, we use exclusively organic Arabica beans from the Peruvian and Mexican highlands. At altitudes of over 1,000 metres, naturally sheltered beneath shade trees, the coffee berries ripen slowly, developing their unique aroma. Lebensbaum coffees are traditionally cultivated beneath shade trees. This protects the soil and the diverse ecosystems in the growing regions. We select the finest grades on site and ensure ourselves of the excellent work carried out by our suppliers.
