Organic Crema Coffee, whole beans, 1000g by Lebensbaum

Elegantly roasted Caffe Crema – delicately spicy and aromatic. Flavour: An elegant espresso, delicately spicy and aromatic with a fine crema. Origin: Arabica beans from the highlands of South and Central America and from the mountain slopes of southern India. We have a long-term partnership with our coffee farmers. Cultivation: Well protected beneath shade trees, Lebensbaum coffees grow slowly. Harvest: Always by hand. As both ripe and unripe coffee cherries hang on the coffee bush at the same time, hand-picking is particularly important for quality. Only ripe coffee cherries are picked for Lebensbaum coffees. Roasting: We roast slowly and not too hot. This allows our coffees to develop their full, balanced flavour.
