The vegetables for DIE KÄSEMACHER antipasti-assortments are grown and harvested with utmost care. DIE KÄSEMACHER have a strong relationship to their partners. The use of finest raw materials and a respectful approach with nature are very important to them. After a careful harvest, the fresh vegetables are ready for a fast transportation to the Waldviertel where they are filled by hand and put into the packaging one by one in Vitis.
DIE KÄSEMACHER preserving jars are durable up to one year even without any cooling. Due to it´s full taste, the Chalkidiki-olive is particularly appropriate as a complement to light and sparkling white wines. As a snack, as a component in salads, Greek or oriental dishes, as an aromatic stuffing for white meat.
